Account Manager

General Responsibilities:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling.

Qualifications: 

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 3 years of account management or other relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
