Last month, we were able to shelter, feed, and clothe 26 orphans in rural Africa! How did we do it? Thanks to our partner Love Mercy, 26 kids received fresh water and organic food and that number will keep growing.
Who is Love Mercy? They are an organization whose mission is to build sustainable communities for the widows and the orphans. Aside from digging and engineering fresh water wells and creating organic farming ecosystems, Love Mercy is dedicated to building strong bonds that will help people pull through in times of hardship.
By providing the basics of food and water, Love Mercy helps communities by adding shelters and centers of education on how to support the farming ecosystem with the latest organic methods. They also bring in local members to learn about the steps of water engineering and how to keep the wells working through the year in some of the most remote locations.
